IMPORTANT: BizzBeeCMS is currently in beta status. Special terms regarding liability and service availability apply during this period.

BizzBeeCMS is an AI-assisted no-code platform that allows users to create static websites using Large Language Models (LLMs) for code generation. Our Service includes:

  • Static website hosting
  • Domain management services
  • Website deployment and content delivery

2.2 Service Availability

  • You may create unlimited projects within your subscription limits
  • Hosting and AI integration usage are subject to limits based on your chosen pricing plan
  • Service availability and uptime are not guaranteed, especially during the beta period

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Content

  • You may use our Service for any lawful purpose
  • Commercial use of websites created through our platform is permitted
  • Adult content is permitted provided it complies with applicable laws and the Acceptable Use Policy of Bunny.net (https://bunny.net/acceptable-use/)

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Create content that violates Bunny.net's Acceptable Use Policy

  • You must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions for your content
  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding your content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 User Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Service
  • BizzBeeCMS claims no rights to your content, except as required by applicable law
  • You are responsible for ensuring you own or have proper licenses for all content, including trademarks and copyrights

5.2 Platform Rights

  • BizzBeeCMS retains all rights to our platform, software, and proprietary technology
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing Structure

  • Current pricing plans are available at bizbeecms.com/en#pricing
  • We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with various usage limits
  • One-off purchases are available for domain names and add-ons as specified in our pricing tables

6.2 Trial and Payment

  • No free trials are offered
  • Users may test the platform by paying a one-time trial fee
  • Payment is required before accessing Service features

6.3 Billing and Renewals

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • Price changes affect users starting with their next billing cycle

6.4 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and features at any time
  • Existing subscriptions are not affected by price changes until renewal
  • We will provide 30 days' notice to affected users before implementing changes

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Subscription Refunds

  • Any unused credits and remaining subscription period are refunded upon request, no questions asked
  • Requesting a refund results in immediate account termination
  • Refund requests can be made through your account settings or by contacting support

7.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain purchases are not refundable
  • One-time trial fees are not refundable

7.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for partial billing periods unless specifically requested

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
  • Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy

8.2 Termination by BizzBeeCMS

We may terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Legal requirements or court orders
  • Other violations of applicable laws

8.3 Termination Process

  • For non-payment: Notice is provided on the day of non-payment with a two-week grace period
  • For other violations: We will provide reasonable notice when possible
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately suspended

9. Beta Service Disclaimer

9.1 Beta Status

  • BizzBeeCMS is currently in beta status (expected to exit beta in July 2026)
  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • Service availability and performance may be inconsistent

9.2 Beta Limitations

  • Features and functionality may change without notice during beta
  • Data loss or service interruptions may occur
  • Customer support may be limited during beta period

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Beta Liability Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: During the beta period, BizzBeeCMS is not liable for any damages to your content, business, or operations resulting from use of our Service.

10.2 General Limitations

  • Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10.3 Maximum Liability

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizzBeeCMS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content or websites created through our platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Romanian law
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Judecătoria Timișoara and Tribunalul Timiș, Romania

12.2 Arbitration

  • We prefer to resolve disputes through arbitration when possible
  • Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Romanian arbitration law
  • Either party may initiate court proceedings if arbitration is not suitable

13. Changes to Terms

13.1 Modifications

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications
  • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

13.2 Notice Period

  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes
  • Changes take effect on the specified effective date

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BizzBeeCMS
  • These Terms supersede all prior agreements or understandings

14.2 Severability
